ask for a refund if I haven't started (will not refund if already started)
add worth to the character if it was a commission or art payment

won'ts/don'ts

refund unless I can't draw your character or have no motivation
remove my watermark
alter my artwork without permission
post my art on art sharing websites
take due dates
merchandise/sell my art
add worth to the character if it was an art trade or gift

designs sold are only for personal use, you don't have a right to make profit off of my art/designs, or sell with commercial use

if one of my designs is bred, come to me for confirmation before it becomes its own IP
do not breed my designs to sell/trade for profit

resell only for how much you payed, keep the price at how much you spent on it (commissioned, personal work)
if you obtained the design through owed art, it's now worth however much art you did for it
if you traded the design without an established worth prior to trading
it will now be worth how much the design you traded for it is worth
if still not sure feel free to ask me
if you didn't initially buy the design,

if you don't know the current worth and want to sell it, you can not sell it without my estimation first
if redesigned you must keep the original and new design together
if made a twin for the design they must be kept together
if color picked new sibling for character, they must be kept together
offspring must be confirmed by me before officially made a character
offspring may be its own character

use filters over original drawing to pull out colors
redesign however you want (must be kept together with original design!)
resell for how much it was bought for + added on art (personal + com + check w/ artist for owed art)
resell for how much art you traded for it
resell it for how much the character you traded was worth

don'ts

edit/color over original drawing
claim design/art credit
remove my watermark
trade/sell to my blacklist
if received through a trade/art payment and do not know the worth do not resell unless you ask me directly what the character is worth
sell my designs to companies
